Why the port of “HDMI/Display1” doesn’t work?

1). If you connect a laptop with a USB-A port, HDMI1 will NOT work. 2). If you connect a laptop with a USB-C port, please make sure it is a full-featured USB-C port(with data, video output, and charging functions).

Why I can’t charge my phones?

Please note that ONLY the 2 x USB 2.0 supports data and charging funtion. The 2 x USB A 3.2 Gen1 and 1x USB C 3.2 Gen1 ONLY for data transfer. Also not support video output.

Why I can’t Triple Display even after having installed the Displaylink Driver on my MacBook M1?

1). Make sure you have connected the DC power adapter to the dock (MUST DO IT). 2). Privilege Settings: Privacy & Security > Screen Recording > Allow “DisplayLink manager” to connect.

Does the docking station charge a laptop

The docking station comes with a 100W power supply that can charge laptops, but the charging speed may vary depending on the laptop model. It’s better to use both the dock’s power supply and laptop’s charger for full charging capability.
