Player can’t turn on?
1st check if player run out of power
2nd connect the player to an adapter and try again

Player freezes?
Long press the power button 10 seconds to restart the device.
Can it play video?
Yes, it support AMV and AVI format video only, please convert the video format first (contact Phinistec team to get the convert tool for convert video).
Severe noise?
Please check if the headphone plugs properly, and if its dirty or not,
please check if the music file is damaged, double check by trying anther piece of music.
How to transfer music?
Connect S5 to computer via usb cable,the internal memory will shows with the name of ‘’S5 Memory’’ and micro SD card will be shown as a removable disk, simply drag and drop the music file to S5 or sd card.
