Q1: Why the system does not recognize the product?
In order to use this product, your device must first install the DisplayLink driver.
Q2: Is the video signal interrupted?
A: The signal interrupt is due to computer screen resolution and refreshes rate setting, you had better set the appropriate refresh rate.
Q3: Why not the HDMI port working properly? Can’t reach 4k?
A: Firstly, make sure your device is supported video output, then try to replace the host device / HDMI cable/DP cable for testing. The final resolution performance of HDMI output depends on the resolution supported by your devices. (Only when your devices and HDMI cable support 4K resolution, the video output will be 4K)
Q4: Can’t reach 4K@60Hz on dual screens?
A: Only HDMI1+HDMI2 mode supports 4K@60Hz. HDMI2+DP mode only supports 4K@30Hz.
