• Fully compatible with USB Type-C, Type-A & Thunderbolt 3 laptops and desktops. USB-C to USB-C cable with USB Type-A converter is included. (Keep in mind that PD charging is not supported when the USB Type-A converter is in use)

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why can’t I have PD 100W charging on my laptop?

Answer: Not all laptop models required 100W input, please check the user manual of your laptop computer for charging spec.

2. There is no video output from the DisplayLink ports. Why?

Answer: Please ensure the DisplayLink driver is successfully installed on your Mac or Windows laptop. You can only select ONE mix video output (DP or HDMI) at a time to connect.

3. There is a latency and extra loading of CPU activity when I play video on DisplayLink output. Why?

Answer: DisplayLink output is a technology to extend video from USB via DisplayLink chip which requires CPU activity. So we do not recommend playing multiple high-quality videos or 1st person shooting video games with this docking station.
