Note:
1: 50W*2 power output suitable for most home speakers
2: In optical input mode, please note that the optical fiber cables should not be folded
3: Optical interface does not support Dolby/DST audio, please turn off Dolby/DST.
If you need a more powerful amp, pick up the BIG BROTHER DA-2120C.
Trouble Shooting:
Why do I get loud hiss noise/ no sound coming from the TV via optical input?
• Please turn off Dolby/DTS audio on your TV or TV App, DA-2120A does not support Dolby/DTS audio input. And please make sure that the output of your TV is a digital output.
Why the DA2120A is lower power, low sound, and the sound cut in and out? Why do I get an intermittent sound?
• Because of the compact design of DA2120A, the positive and negative terminals of the speaker output are very close to each other, so if the + and – of the speaker output are connected or touch together, it will lead to small sound output or no sound output.
Why does the sound crack or make a lot of electric noise?
• Please make sure that the audio source and amplifier do not share a common socket because the same socket is common ground, which will lead to common ground crosstalk.
